The Station
Part of North Queensland for 75 years, 4TOFM is Townsville's Number 1 Radio Station. In 2006 the station celebrated 75 years as your local station.
4TOFM started in Townsville on the AM band in 1931, and converted to FM in 1999. The station broadcasts via 2 FM frequencies 102.3 and 98.3 (Bowen only) and still broadcasts on the AM band 774.
Targeting 35 – 54 year olds, 4TO FM attracts listeners from all walks of life with its great blend of personalities. 4TO FM is local, informative, and above all else ... very entertaining.
