Shocking Video Shows The Moment Suicide Bomber Detonated At Manchester Arena

Police believe a male suicide bomber was responsible for an explosion at Manchester Arena on Monday evening.

At least 22 people, including children, have been killed and 59 others wounded in a suspected terrorist attack at the end of an Ariana Grande concert at Manchester Arena.

The attacker was carrying a device which he detonated, says Ian Hopkins, chief constable of Greater Manchester Police.

"We have been treating this as a terrorist incident and we believe that while the attack last night was conducted by one man, the priority is to establish whether he was acting alone or as part of a network.

"The attacker, I can confirm, died at the arena. We believe the attacker was carrying an improvised explosive device, which he detonated, causing this atrocity."

A chilling video posted to Twitter shows the exact moment the bomb went off - after some loud bangs a woman in the background is heard saying "Oh my god, what just happened? What the f*** is going on?" as screams start to echo from the arena. The attack happened as people were leaving the concert.

Prime Minister Theresa May says police are treating the deadly incident as a terrorist attack and if confirmed it will rank as the deadliest militant assault in Britain since the London bombings in 2005.

A spokesman for Ariana Grande, 23, said the singer was "okay". The singer later said on Twitter: "broken. from the bottom of my heart, i am so so sorry. i don't have words.
