When driving through along Hugh Street it's hard to miss the beauty that is the NRL Cowboys House.
The construction on the site looks fantastic and is about to be officially opened.
The joint initiative between the North Queensland Cowboys, the National Rugby League and QLD and Australian Governments will help young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders from remote Queensland regions complete their education whilst finding jobs.
From 7:30am Wednesday, March 8 the House ambassadors Johnathan Thurston and Matthew Bowen will be in attendance to celebrate the opening.
The House has been supported by a $9.5 million investment from the Australian Government.
