Another week, another Throwback Thursday moment and this one is jaw dropping!
Smooth bitumen roads, wide lanes, painted lines…all things we take for granted when we hop in the car and take a drive along Hervey Range Road.
Whilst it’s a breeze to drive these days, as you head to the Dump, Heritage Tea Rooms, or your mates place in Rupertswood- that hasn’t always been the case.
We’ve done some digging and struck gold with some old school photos of the road from many moons ago.
These photos show the tough conditions that travellers endured in the late 1800s.
From that to what we have these days- we're pretty lucky!
